Is that the Hong Kong Bistro near the station? Or is there another one in Bath. Obviously I don't know Bath very well. Anyway, if it is the one near the station I went a couple of weeks ago with a friend of mine for lunch and we were astounded at just how noisy it was too! It wasn't full, but it was more full than empty. But as GG noted above, the food was tasty - and we certainly got a lot for our money.
Can't imagine how so few people can make so much noise though.
