The Naming of Bishonen

Just watched the first few episodes of a new series.

Main charecter is an diminutive angsty bishonen with golden eyes and guns engraved with the number 13 (in roman numerals because thats more pretentious).

And this guy's name?

Train Heartnet

Why?

Its like they diped into the big pot of Final Fantasy names (tm) and scrapped the absolute bottom of the barrel.
