D&D update
Apr. 20th, 2007 01:22 pmYesterday, the party made their excusion into the desert. They quickly discovered that deserts are hot, dry and very, very boring. Even the game of I-Spy didn't relieve the bordom.
Ged: "I spy with my little eye, something beginning with S."
Bandez: "Sand, shoes or shot by a crossbow?"
Still, they had prepared well and made it across with little issue apart from the occational hallucination... "Alligators! Thousands of them!"
Eventually they made it to the temple entrance. Turk had a brief go at destroying a stone lion with his hands, but gave up. They then slept the the cool depths of the temple and woke up peaceful and rested. And very scared because they weren't expecting that :)
Apart from opening the door on a couple of scorpions, they made it through the temple without too much issue. Now onto the holy city!
